Our 740-square-foot in-house personal training studio is equipped with commercial-grade quality pieces to provide mobility, flexibility, stabilization, strength, power, and cardio training. In-person sessions are booked to allow clients to use our studio solely. Safety is our number one priority, and an AED and first aid kit are located on-site.
Our cardio equipment provides clients with varied fitness levels with the stepping stone required to enhance cardiovascular performance. It is regularly maintained, sanitized, and ready to be put to work.
Stability is the baseline of fitness, so we have multiple training modalities to develop and improve balance, flexibility, mobility, and the engagement of all muscle synergies.
